Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 5+ years in systems engineering or a related role within safety‑critical environments.
• Experience with requirements management and traceability processes.
• Experience in self‑driving, aerospace, or other safety‑critical domains.
• Ability to collaborate across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Reliability Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define system requirements and interfaces for delivery platforms, translating goals into verifiable technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain system architecture and interface control documents with performance and safety constraints.
• Lead trade studies and technical risk assessments to balance objectives and options.
• Create verification & validation strategies and coordinate cross‑discipline verification activities.
• Act as the technical liaison to regulatory bodies, ops teams, suppliers, and program management.
