Job summary

Gentex Corporation is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide strategic technical leadership from concept to launch, with hands-on involvement in acoustics or PPE. The role emphasizes system requirements, architecture, and cross-functional collaboration across electrical, mechanical, and acoustic teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Physics required.
• Advanced degree in Systems, Electrical, or Acoustic Engineering a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input in a project team environment for new product development efforts.
• Lead development tasks including system requirements, architecture and design, and verification.
• Evaluate and develop electro-mechanical system architectures for complex products (acoustic).
• Provide engineering support to manufacturing during product transitions to production.
• Prepare and present technical briefings to peers and management.
