Job summary

STAHL Companies invites a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Washington, DC HQ. You will provide oversight of contractor personnel, support the PAPM with technical and project management, and ensure systems integration aligns with program and contractual requirements.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 10+ years in systems engineering, DoD/Navy ACAT I experience, leadership and management skills, and a Secret clearance. Position contingent on award.

Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team!

Responsibilities

Provide oversight and management of contractor personnel. Support PMS 501 PAPM with technical and project management, and overall systems integration oversight for the program. Support requires detailed knowledge of managing the process of identifying engineering problems, analyzing various solutions, and making recommendations to the PAPM that meet technical and contractual requirements, and ensuring that solutions are integrated properly.

Qualifications

• Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s level degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum Years Experience: Senior
• Preferred Years Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering. Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
• Required Specialized Experience: DoD/Navy ACAT I Program, Leadership experience, Management experience.
• Security Requirements: Secret Clearance.
