The Associate IT - Platform Engineering is looking for advanced automation engineer with extensive infrastructure knowledge to be a part of our Platform Engineering team that manages Enterprise modern platforms like Intune/Azure AD.

Our ever-evolving technology stack is currently Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows OS, MS Office Products, Browsers, Windows GPOs, Jamf Pro Suite and PowerShell.
You will work with a team who is doing for Engineering and Operations of a full stack environment.
How does this role fit into the group? This role will mainly focus on Engineering and Operational work with End User Experience Management and Monitoring.
Through collaboration with architects and system engineers inside and outside the department, you will build a culture based on Test and Learn that is based on a foundation of customer comes first and innovation is the the only constant in system engineering.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
