Ladders is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join a leader in Manufacturing & Automotive, focusing on system-level engineering for multi-modality sensing solutions that support advanced product capabilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years in a sensor-intensive field, systems engineering or autonomy.
• Experience with sensing systems such as camera, radar, and lidar, and their integration.
• Technical expertise in signal processing, link analysis, or ML for at least one sensing modality.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to tackle complex problems.

This role will focus on system-level engineering for multi-modality sensing solutions that support advanced product capabilities. The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams to define performance, evaluate trade-offs, and reduce technical risk across complex interdependencies. You will help translate sensor physics, signal processing, and product needs into clear specifications and decisions that improve system performance and execution.
