Ladders is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join a leader in Manufacturing & Automotive, focusing on system-level engineering for multi-modality sensing solutions that support advanced product capabilities. This role requires translating sensor physics and signal processing into clear specifications and decisions.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only; Compensation: $153,200 – $234,100 annually. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define performance, evaluate trade-offs,
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field.
- 5+ years in a sensor-intensive field, systems engineering or autonomy.
- Experience with sensing systems such as camera, radar, and lidar, and their integration.
- Technical expertise in signal processing, link analysis, or ML for at least one sensing modality.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to tackle complex problems.

- Execute system-level trade studies for multi-modality sensor systems.
