Qualifications

• 7+ years of systems engineering or infrastructure experience.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance day-to-day operational support with strategic technology improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support infrastructure across Azure, Windows Server, networking, virtualization, storage, and backup systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple technologies.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Help strengthen cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts.
• Lead and contribute to infrastructure projects, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
• Create documentation, share knowledge, and mentor team members.

In this role, you'll support and enhance our cloud, server, network, and security environments while serving as a key technical resource for the organization. A day in the life as a Wood Rodgers' Senior Systems Engineer
