Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator in the United States. This hands-on role maintains secure, scalable infrastructure across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, with emphasis on Microsoft 365 and Azure Government Cloud.

You will provide Tier 2/3 support, drive automation with PowerShell, Python, and Bash, and lead deployment and optimization of backup, security hardening, and disaster recovery.

Qualificações

• Candidates should have extensive experience in hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure Government Cloud.
• Proven ability to automate operations with scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for complex infrastructure and authentication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle activities across identity platforms.
• Deploy and maintain hybrid server, storage, networking, and endpoint infrastructure.
• Configure and deploy applications through centralized management tools such as Company Portal.
• Develop and optimize automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash.
• Manage backup, restoration, and disaster recovery solutions for hybrid systems.
• Perform regular system updates, patching, and security hardening.
• Support container deployments, updates, troubleshooting, and availability management.
• Lead infrastructure projects by translating business requirements into technical solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to help maintain and evolve secure, reliable, and scalable technology infrastructure. In this hands-on role, you will manage hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure Government Cloud. You will provide advanced technical support, strengthen cybersecurity controls, and improve system performance, availability, and operational efficiency. Working across infrastructure, security, and technology operations, you will lead technical initiatives and help ensure systems remain resilient and compliant. Accountabilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support, serving as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure, authentication, Microsoft 365, access, and system-level issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced user, system, and performance issues across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle activities across identity platforms, applications, and devices.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain hybrid server, storage, networking, and endpoint infrastructure across organizational sites.
• Configure and deploy applications through centralized management tools such as Company Portal.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies to streamline operational processes.
• Manage, monitor, and validate backup, restoration, and disaster recovery solutions for hybrid systems.
• Perform regular system updates, patching, and security-hardening activities to maintain stability and compliance.
• Support container deployments, updates, troubleshooting, and availability management.
• Lead infrastructure projects by translating business and technical requirements into solutions and coordinating implementation across teams.
