Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support and applies patches for vendor applications.
• Supports client/server packages, thick/thin clients, and web applications.
• Assists in research and analysis to modify applications and interfaces.
• Guides other analysts on assigned projects.
• Designs and maintains moderately complex applications and interfaces.
• Provides customer support for software packages and interfaces.
