Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Senior Systems Designer to build the operating system for EPD. You will design and own Jira-based workflows across engineering, product, and design, ensuring practices are accurately reflected in Jira and vice versa.

You will create agents and automation, leveraging AI to streamline delivery and tooling. You’ll drive adoption by delivering well-constructed artifacts and clear guidance that works without you in the room, and you will tackle root causes rather than symptoms.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and owning cross-functional workflows in Jira.
• Ability to build agents and automation that support the system.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve engineering and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and own Jira-based workflow hierarchy across engineering, product, and design.
