Job summary

The role reports to the Sr Manager, Systems Software Test within the Software Test Engineering team and involves mentoring engineers, code reviews, and driving automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software development, test automation, or verification.
• Strong Python skills and OO design, plus reusable components.
• Experience with automated test frameworks and distributed systems.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD and modern software practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and infrastructure.
• Build reusable test libraries, device interfaces, and automation components.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve system testability and protocols.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices for architecture and code quality.
• Engage in design reviews and provide technical leadership for automation.
