Job summary

Diamondback E&P LLC is seeking a Lead Systems Administrator to own the architecture, design, and lifecycle management of the company's enterprise infrastructure, spanning on-premises and cloud environments. You will set strategic direction and ensure secure, scalable platforms aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in IT infra and systems administration.
• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong Azure, M365, hybrid cloud and security expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Develop infrastructure standards, governance, roadmaps, and best practices.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex infrastructure, cloud, and security issues.
• Lead infrastructure modernization, including cloud adoption, automation, and platform optimization.
• Ensure security, resilience, and alignment with cybersecurity and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to evaluate emerging technologies and investments.
• Oversee major projects, upgrades, migrations, and vendor-delivered solutions.
• Mentor Systems Administrators, Engineers, Help Desk staff, and others.
