Job summary

SHINE Systems in Washington, DC seeks a senior-level Systems Architect to guide design and development of solutions for complex applications, API design, data services, platform services, cloud and infrastructure to meet user requirements and align with Enterprise Architecture.

You will lead and mentor mid-level and junior architects, review requirements, advocate for DoD/IC standards and DoDAF, and help translate requirements into scalable architectures for government programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, MIS, or related STEM degree.
• 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, DoDAF, or IC PAG.
• NGA and/or NSG/ASG program/project experience.
• Previous IC or DoD program/project work experience.

Responsibilities

• Guides Mid-Level and Junior-Level systems architects in the design, development, maintenance, and documentation of solution architectures.
• Guides the analysis of user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities.
• Guides Mid-level and Junior-level systems architects in the development of proposed changes to the solutions architecture design based on analysis of requirements and new technology.
