Job summary

Segula Technologies is seeking an experienced Systems & Functional Architecture Lead to oversee the full lifecycle of complex system designs. You will guide cross-functional engineering teams to ensure architecture feasibility, promote component standardization, and align technical execution with quality, cost, and schedule goals.

In this role, you will drive major reviews (SRR, SFR, PDR), advance lifecycle management via PLM, and provide data-driven status updates to project management.

Responsibilities

• System Feasibility & Execution: Drive design feasibility to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Standardization & Reuse: Establish standard design practices and maximize reuse of functions and components.
• Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Align activities across Systems Designers, Component Leaders, and Analyst Engineers.
• Technical Milestone Reviews: Lead SRR, SFR, and PDR reviews.
• Architecture & Lifecycle Management: Govern system architecture and lifecycle via PLM systems.
• Progress Verification: Monitor convergence and milestone progress using architectural data.
• Project Reporting: Deliver data-driven system status updates and risk assessments to PM.
