Job summary

KBR seeks a Supervisory Lead Systems Architect to drive architectural strategy and execution for AvPLM programs. You will supervise teams across government and contractor partners, ensuring designs meet DoD standards and digital engineering practices.

In this senior leadership role you will mentor engineers, oversee PLM tool integration (Siemens Teamcenter), perform architecture reviews, and coordinate cross-program development to deliver end-to-end system interoperability.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required; DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 10 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise a multi-disciplinary team of systems architects and engineers.
• Act as technical authority for AvPLM architecture.
• Oversee end-to-end system design, integration, and interoperability.
• Lead architecture development across multiple programs and teams.
• Develop architecture documentation, interface control documents, and compliance matrices.
• Provide oversight on PLM tool integration and modernization efforts.
• Enforce DoD standards and cybersecurity policies.
• Advise leadership and stakeholders on complex technical concepts.
• Lead workforce development through mentoring and training.
• Support strategic planning across AvPLM domains.
