Con Edison Co. is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst / Software Developer to lead system development initiatives and vendor implementation efforts from project initiation through post-implementation support in New York, NY.

The role partners with internal IT teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives. The candidate will have 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting software

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting software applications.
Strong programming and analytical skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead system development initiatives and vendor implementation efforts from project initiation through post-implementation support.
Oversee project activities throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful planning, execution, monitoring and delivery.
Provide day-to-day application support, IT administrative activities, problem resolution, troubleshooting and ensure ongoing stability and performance of supported systems.
Collaborate with internal IT teams, cross-functional business stakeholders and external vendors to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
