Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team supporting a broad federal program. You will lead the design and delivery of system solutions, gathering requirements from COR and trial attorneys, and ensuring deliverables meet policy and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have significant Relativity experience with ARM workflows, strong leadership capabilities, and at least five years of hands-on work in government IT environments and litigation support

Qualifications

Significant Relativity experience including creation of ARMs.
Create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
Usually at least five years hands-on experience on the systems used.
Broad knowledge of the Government IT environments and databases.
Experience in a litigation support environment is helpful.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Ability to lead a technical team and design a full system solution.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and document a workflow process for materials destruction in line with policy and NARA guidance.
Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on system requirements.
Determine system and project requirements and design the full system to meet them.
Provide technical support, testing, and validations on projects as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and cost estimates for task orders.
Direct and supervise personnel to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Organize user training sessions and prepare training materials.
