Job summary

CGS seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to support a large Federal agency's information technology initiative. The role focuses on developing and documenting workflows, assessing system requirements, and delivering end‑to‑end solutions in a litigation support context.

The ideal candidate has five+ years of hands‑on experience, strong communication, and supervisory abilities to lead a technical team and ensure timely, quality results. Relativity ARM workflows certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands‑on experience with the systems and IT environments used in government/litigation support.
• Experience in a litigation support environment is highly helpful.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document workflows to identify, archive, and delete materials per policy and NARA instructions.
• Interact with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to define system requirements and technical approaches.
• Specify system requirements and design end‑to‑end solutions to meet needs.
• Lead and supervise personnel on task orders to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Prepare system and technical documentation; provide user training sessions and manuals.
