Salary range is $80k to $175k, with a midpoint of $125k. New hires typically receive between the minimum and midpoint; however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity, and market.

This is a term-limited position for approximately 2 years.
Job Purpose:
The Senior Systems Analyst, under general direction, manages the technical administration, configuration, enhancement, and support of systems like the Project Management Information System (PMIS). This role ensures data integrity, facilitates system integrations, and develops reporting solutions to optimize project delivery, resource management, and decision-making. It involves collaboration with IT, project teams, and vendors to align with organizational goals and improve system performance.
Essential Functions:
- Maintains and troubleshoots enterprise and major systems and applications.
- Works with stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop system designs, and provide support.
- Develops test data, scripts, and documentation, and applies technical knowledge to system operations.
- Procures and implements new systems in collaboration with vendors.
- Assists in tracking licenses, costs, and budgets.
- Creates and executes test scripts for quality assurance.
- Resolves application issues, performs backups, and supports system administration tasks.
- Monitors system performance, responds to alarms, and manages integrations.
- Supports division/department needs, participates in committees, and promotes compliance and best practices.

- Follows safety rules, integrates sustainability, and performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, plus five years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Principles of computer science and information systems.
- Operations of complex computer and network systems, applications, hardware, and software.
- System specifications, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Application design and development tools.
- Customer service principles, technical documentation, and effective communication.
- Ability to establish effective relationships and resolve complex system issues.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience with project management systems like Primavera Unifier, Kahua.
- Familiarity with business software such as Jira, LucidChart, ServiceNOW, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, ITIL, change management, and relevant certifications.
- Experience in public transportation or government projects.
