Job summary

Blue Shield of California’s Pharmacy Care Management Platform team delivers IT Pharmacy solutions to support Pharmacy Operations and Transformation. The Senior Systems Analyst will report to the Pharmacy Development Senior Manager and serve as a subject matter expert across technology products and platform features.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Requires at least 5 years of directly related professional experience and deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs, or technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and technical counterparts.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with development and operations teams to streamline the product delivery lifecycle.
• Experience documenting agile workflows and processes.
• Experience utilizing the Atlassian suite of products
• Requires basic technical knowledge and experience including adherence to architectural design, development standards, security policies, and sustainable design practices

Responsibilities

• The Senior Systems Analyst will be a comprehensive subject matter expert in IT Pharmacy solutions for Pharmacy Operations and Transformation.
