Blue Shield of CA is advancing its Pharmacy Care Management Platform with robust IT Pharmacy solutions. The Systems Analyst-Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert in technology products and participate across activities within an agile working model.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Development Senior Manager, the role emphasizes leadership, continuous learning, and driving transformational healthcare improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of directly related professional experience with deep technical abilities in primary products, programs or technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and technical counterparts.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Health care knowledge and experience; pharmacy knowledge preferred.
• Database understanding with expert level SQL querying skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodology, Product Model, DevSecOps and Agile tools.
• Ability to function in a fast-moving, rapidly evolving environment.
