Job summary

CGS Federal seeks a Litigation Systems Analyst to support a large federal agency’s ongoing litigation efforts. The role involves defining requirements, designing systems, testing software, and creating documentation with a focus on interoperability and data integrity.

The incumbent will collaborate with Government staff and contractor teams, provide technical leadership, and may supervise staff on projects. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have substantial hands-on experience in the systems being used, typically 3+ years.
• Ability to translate requirements into coherent system design.
• Broad knowledge of IT environments, including office automation networks and databases.

Responsibilities

• Define system and project requirements from COR, Government Case Managers, and trial staff.
• Design complete system to meet requirements and document data flows and tests.
• Translate functional requirements into system designs and test software with sample data.
• Present findings and recommendations in reports and oral presentations.
• Develop systems documentation and provide user training.
