Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our Digital Platforms Technology team in Westlake, TX. The role emphasizes Agile practices, collaboration with product owners, and mentoring peers to deliver scalable financial services applications.

You will lead requirements gathering, document workflows, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring quality across all testing phases.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical needs for non-technical teammates.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions with long-term thinking.
• Mentoring ability for other Systems Analysts within the team.
• Experience in financial services applications is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for interviewing partners to capture requirements.
• Strong analytical skills for documenting existing systems and suggesting designs.
• Proficiency in writing user requirements and supporting documentation.
• Willingness to define project scope/backlog and propose solutions.
• Familiarity with web and mobile applications and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and adapt.
• Experience supporting QA and business partners through testing phases.
• Knowledge of internet, mobile and application architecture and current technologies.
• Experience with formal methods (Agile/structured) for delivering new apps.
• Ability to work with diverse teams in person or virtually.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
