Business Technology Integrators (BTI) in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to lead the daily operation, maintenance, and modernization of the ASPR SWIFT Correspondence instance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience in federal environment and shared hosting security procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ASPR’s SWIFT Correspondence instance.
• Develop the Annual Technology Refresh Plan and coordinate with CMS and ACF on updates.
• Procure, administer, and maintain EPIC Software licenses and its integration with collaboration, document management, and workflow functions.
• Manage ASPR user requests and configure Gatekeeper roles; follow incident response procedures.
• Resolve highly complex issues escalated by Tier 1; respond to overflow requests within 60 minutes during business hours.
• Provide user support and training, including Virtual Site Visits to uncover issues and train users.
• Implement ASPR-directed changes outside routine operations, including Autopen configurations.
