Job summary

Strategic Data Systems (SDS) seeks an experienced Systems Analyst (Data Architect) to support a DoN customer in Dahlgren, VA. The Senior Systems Analyst will perform system configuration, troubleshooting, research, and database development to meet mission needs.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and six years of related experience; DoDAF and IBM System Architect familiarity; ITIL knowledge; TS clearance.

Qualifications

• Six years of professional experience implementing business/technical requirements and database management.
• Knowledge of ITIL and service management concepts for networks.
• Knowledge of AI solutions integration with cloud or IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of automating development, testing, security, and deployment of AI/ML software for the DoD.
• DoDAF experience and IBM System Architect familiarity.
• Top Secret clearance required with Advanced proficiency in relevant roles.
• IAT III certifications such as CASP+, CCNP Security, or CCSP.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems configuration support, troubleshooting, research and analysis, and database development.
• Analyze information to determine, and plan the development of a new or modified application.
• Support government stakeholders with knowledge of cloud computing service models (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
• Confer with teams to design applications.
• Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating operations, applications, and programming.
• Prepare database design and architecture reports.
• Provide input on AI solutions that integrate with cloud/IT infrastructures.
• Consult with customers to evaluate functional requirements for AI and data applications.
