Qualifications

• Bachelor/master's degree in computer science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related IT field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years' experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Application Analyst, or similar role supporting complex enterprise applications

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of Openlink, PowerOptix, cQuant, custom applications, and related system integrations.
• Provide day-to-day production support for Commercial Risk applications, proactively managing incidents and ensuring timely issue resolution, effective escalation, and clear communication with business users.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, operational risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation, application enhancements, and process improvements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather and document requirements, evaluate solution options, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Serve as a liaison between business users, application teams, developers, vendors, and other technology teams to coordinate activities and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
