Qualifications

• 14+ years of IT systems analysis or closely related work.
• 5+ years hands-on Azure DevOps experience (Boards, work-item tracking, backlogs).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to train others.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CIS, or MIS preferred.
• Knowledge of databases, programming concepts, and system capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and define input, output, data and reporting requirements.
• Evaluate alternatives with cost/benefit analysis and recommend paths forward.
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications for developers.
• Assess feasibility within existing system capabilities, constraints, schedules.
• Study existing systems and design improvements for current and future needs.
• Produce technical documentation: reports, data flows, diagrams, manuals.
• Support developers, coordinate work to deploy changes.
• Provide technical support for applications and data sharing with external partners.
• Support and maintain systems post-implementation, including upgrades and fixes.
• Contribute recommendations on security, interfaces, and technology planning.
