Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with 8 years of systems administration experience.
• Expertise in Windows Server, Red Hat/CentOS, and VMware vSphere/ESXi.
• Proficient in PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripting.
• Familiar with ITIL incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of patch management, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a complex IT infrastructure ensuring availability, performance, and security across Windows and Linux servers, VMware environments, and cloud services.
• Apply ITIL practices to incidents, problems, and changes to minimize service disruption.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance while troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement automation and optimization, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
