Job summary

RICEFW Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and software. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and ongoing optimization within a dynamic IT environment.

The candidate should have 4–7 years of experience, familiarity with VMware ESXi, Windows Server, and Linux, and be capable of independent work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related field.
• Familiar with standard concepts and practices in IT; ability to plan and execute with limited supervision.
• Experience with server provisioning, maintenance, and security monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily system performance and ensure availability of hardware, servers, and critical processes.
• Perform backups, verify integrity, and manage storage and archives.
• Create, modify, and delete user accounts as requested and manage access controls.
• Provide Tier III/other support to various stakeholders and troubleshoot hardware/software failures.
• Apply OS patches and upgrades; configure new services as needed.
• Maintain procedures and generate periodic performance reports for capacity planning.
• Tune performance, upgrade hardware, and manage data center resources.
