Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity LLC is seeking a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Systems Administrator to support JWICS-related environments at Fort Meade, MD. This on-site role requires active TS/SCI clearance and strong expertise in VDI, VMware, Windows, Linux, and Solaris servers.

The candidate will lead VDI initiatives, coordinate with development partners, and oversee high-availability ticketing and onboarding of enclaves, with a focus on security, documentation, and adherence to DoD 8570 IAT II

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI is required.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 8+ years of overall related experience with a Windows/Linux server environment.
• Windows, Linux, and Solaris Server experience with expertise in at least one.
• Extensive experience working with virtual environments using VMware and VDI practices.
• Currently possess DoD 8570 certification at least IAT level II, e.g. Security+ CE.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Tier III support and evaluate vendor products.
• Develop and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
• Create, maintain, and implement detailed documentation and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Provide coaching and review the work of lower-level technical staff.

TDI is seeking a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Systems Administrator to support a DISA contract. The administrator will provide support for assigned systems supporting Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS). This position is onsite 5 days/week in Fort Meade, MD and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Senior level expertise for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Integration of cyber security tools and systems with network performance, trouble ticketing, and security subsystems.
• Thorough knowledge of networking principles to included TCP/IP.
• Experience with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow.

PAY RANGE:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $115,000. This range is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. Final compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, geographic location, internal equity, market data and applicable contract requirements, and may fall outside the posted range.
