Job summary

Legato, LLC is seeking a System Administrator in Aurora, CO. The role involves support for implementing, troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems, with Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem resolution, and guidance to management on escalated issues. A TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.

You will configure and manage UNIX/Windows operating systems, monitor networks, and optimize system performance while participating in capacity planning and problem analysis for internal customers.

Qualifications

• Linux and Windows system administration experience.
• Experience with patching, IAVAs, and Bash scripting.
• Some experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS.
• Ten years of related work experience; 15 years may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification and resolution.
• Manage daily IT systems configuration and operation.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues across client/server devices.
• Configure UNIX and Windows OS; implement OS enhancements.
• Escalate to Tier 2 and communicate status to management.
