Seamless Migration is seeking a career-oriented and customer-focused Senior Systems Administrator to join our team in Springfield, VA.

CLEARANCE

• Active Top Secret/SCI Eligible clearance (existing clearance required to start)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph

LOCATION

• Springfield, VA

OVERVIEW

• Support IT Operations and Maintenance (O&M) server team by managing enterprise-level, high-performance, highly available server solutions (systems, applications, and services)
• Manage and maintain Windows, Linux, and Citrix server environments
• Monitor and administer cross domain solutions (CDS)
• Develop and deploy automated mechanisms to improve operational efficiency
• Utilize system configuration and monitoring tools (e.g., Active Directory, MECM, SolarWinds)
• Draft requests for change (RFC) and analyze submissions
• Create technical documentation including diagrams, SOPs, workflows, and run books

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience maintaining enterprise information systems as a systems administrator or engineer
• Expertise in deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows, Linux, and Citrix environments
• Experience with cross domain solutions (e.g., Secureview, Trusted Thin Client, Trusted Gateway System, X-ARBITOR)
• Proficiency in automating deployment and maintenance using scripts and tools (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Knowledge of government security configurations based on SRGs and STIGs
• Excellent communication skills
• Meet minimum credential requirements for a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position: System Administrator (451)
• Certifications (one required):
  • CompTIA Security+ ce
  • GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
  • Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with IT devices, applications, and technologies (e.g., Cisco, Nutanix, VMware, Splunk, Trellix, Ivanti, ACAS, Rapid7)
• Understanding of ServiceNow and its integrations
• Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts and practices in an enterprise environment
