Job summary

Taleo is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support the Secretary of the Air Force, Office of Competition (SAF/OCB) through IT systems administration for classified and cloud environments. The role emphasizes government security guidelines, change management, and high-priority issue resolution.

The candidate must have a minimum of ten years in related IT work, six years supporting a DoW component, and a DoD IAT Level II certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of related IT/sys admin work experience.
• Minimum of six (6) years experience in DoW component support.
• IAT Level II certification (DoD 8570.01-M).
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Systems Administrator supports SAF/OCB IT systems administration for classified, unclassified and cloud-based networks and related systems.
• Provide assistance in account management services and IT software support.
• Coordinate problem resolution and communicate upcoming upgrades to users to avoid mission impact.
• Maintain physical configurations of IT systems and ensure end-to-end connectivity.
• Use government-provided Generative AI tools to accelerate tasks and recommend process improvements.

MA/MS (or BA/BS plus 8 years of work experience, 4 related)
