Job summary

Tau Six, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join a team defending national security systems. The role provides support for critical enterprise infrastructure, incident response, and routine outages.

Expect 1:00 AM–9:00 AM Pacific shifts and potential CONUS/OCONUS travel. The ideal candidate has a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, DoD 8140.03 certifications, and hands-on experience with TACLANE encryptors, Windows AD, and patch management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as described in the minimum qualifications.
• Experience administering Windows Server infrastructure including AD, DHCP, DNS, NTP, CA, GPO, WSUS.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Windows servers, workstations, domain controllers, cloud resources, VMware, and enterprise storage.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot TACLANE encryptors and network equipment for outages.
• Perform user account management, log and triage incidents, and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform automated patching, vulnerability remediation, system hardening, and coordination with ISSO.
