Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, and Group Policy.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VLANs).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage server and network infrastructure for law firm clients.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenants and Azure environments.
• Maintain backup systems and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Document configurations and procedures for client environments.
• Mentor junior staff on infrastructure topics.
• Identify and address vulnerabilities in client environments proactively.
