Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Database Administrator for Fort Hood, TX, and related sites. The role involves administering multiple database platforms, ensuring integrity, performance, and recoverability, and supporting RMF artifacts and eMASS packages.

Candidates should hold DoD 8140/8570.01-M CE certification and an active Secret clearance; TS/SCI eligibility is required for classified system work.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• English speaking, reading, writing proficiency.
• Experience with MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle or similar.
• Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI eligibility for certain duties.
• DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M baseline cert with CE obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and other Government-approved database platforms
• Manage data storage, monitor device usage, and improve system performance
• Support backup, archive, and recovery using Government-approved tools and scripting languages
• Monitor data integrity and notify the Government within two work hours of any discrepancy
• Support RMF accreditation artifacts and eMASS package maintenance for designated systems
