Worldwide Foam is seeking a full-time Systems Administrator in Elkhart, IN to influence technology strategy and support rapid growth across North America.

The role offers a competitive salary of $85,000-$105,000 plus a bonus structure and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, disability coverage, life insurance, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-year college degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of IT Network/System Administrator experience.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (or equivalent).
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (or equivalent).
• ITIL 4 Foundations (or equivalent).
• Preferred: 4-year CS degree and 5+ years IT admin experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years IT leadership/management experience.
• Preferred: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP/CRM).

Responsibilities

• Support critical business systems and infrastructure across locations.
• Manage vendor partnerships and drive IT projects to completion.
• Coordinate networking, telecommunications, and hardware implementations.
• Oversee backup and disaster recovery processes and DR readiness.
• Verify software licensing compliance across systems and teams.
• Provide on-call support and respond to urgent incidents.
