Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator in Englewood, CO to support core IT services for a training center and stadium. You will manage hybrid Windows AD/Entra ID environments, VMware, NetApp storage, and cloud services, while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability to meet business needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration, project leadership, and proactive governance, with a focus on maintaining uptime and aligning IT with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar.
• Strong project management and multi-project coordination.
• Ability to work independently and elevate issues appropriately.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management and organization.
• Experience administering a hybrid Windows AD/Entra ID domain for Windows and Mac workstations.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server administration including VMware environments.
• Experience with NetApp storage systems.
• Proficiency in Entra ID and Microsoft cloud technologies, Okta SSO.
• Experience with Intune, JAMF, and Microsoft Office 365 administration.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery planning and DR/BC testing.
• Familiarity with LAN/WLAN networks and advanced data networking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within IT teams to pursue continuous improvement and customer focus.
• Oversee all aspects of systems administration including server management, storage, cloud, AD/Entra ID, and M365.
• Lead IT systems strategy and align initiatives with business priorities.
• Drive critical IT infrastructure projects and evaluate new technologies.
• Enforce governance, policies and procedures for security and efficiency.
• Ensure system availability with robust backup and DR planning and testing.
• Manage vendor relationships for service delivery.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
