Job summary

The Seattle Seahawks are seeking a Systems Administrator to lead management of our on‑premises and cloud IT infrastructure at Lumen Field and related facilities. You will administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware/Hyper‑V, and storage, while automating tasks with PowerShell to ensure reliability, security, and an outstanding end‑user experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in systems administration and enterprise IT operations.
• 4+ years managing Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online and Entra ID.
• Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, and certificate management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
• Security focus with incident response, vulnerability remediation, and compliance awareness.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure including on-premises and cloud services.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environments, AD, Entra ID, DNS/DHCP, and related cloud services.
• Monitor health and performance; perform patching, upgrades, and security hardening.
• Deploy and manage identity and access using MFA, Intune, Autopilot, and Defender.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and collaborate with Information Security on remediation.
• Automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell; document systems and runbooks.
• Support after-hours operations and stadium event services as required.
