Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks a Sr. Systems Administrator I to design, implement, and maintain core infrastructure services across virtualization, AI, identity, and cloud environments. The role emphasizes high availability, security, and disaster recovery for CAE USA enterprise systems.

You will provide Tier-3 support, lead technical initiatives, and contribute to cross-training while working in a manufacturing and office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in networking and OS design/maintenance
• Experience managing VPS Windows and Linux servers (on-prem/cloud)
• Strong AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy knowledge
• Experience with Exchange Online/Office 365 and Azure services
• Proactive troubleshooting and ability to lead IT projects

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain core infrastructure services
• Provide Tier-3 escalation and on-call support
• Maintain runbooks, documentation, and security-first designs
• Support hybrid-cloud/AI initiatives and identity federation
• Lead cross-training and knowledge sharing with junior staff
