NEBCO is looking for a Senior System Administrator who is a true jack of all trades and thrives in a team-focused mid-sized enterprise environment. This is a role for a self-starter who takes initiative, owns projects end-to-end, and constantly looks for ways to make systems smarter, faster, and more reliable. You’ll bring broad expertise across servers, networking, cloud, automation, and security, while balancing everyday support with long-term improvements. Responsible for provisioning, installation, configuration, security, and support of enterprise systems including Windows Server environments, VMware virtualization, Microsoft Entra /O365, and backup/disaster recovery solutions. Supports hybrid and cloud-based workloads (including AWS) while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of mission-critical systems. Contributes to automation initiatives, documentation, and implementation of IT best practices to maintain a modern, resilient infrastructure. Must abide by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely. Position requires on-call availability depending on business needs.

Hybrid work environment; 3 days in office, 2 remote. Primarily office-based with occasional visits to remote company sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. Some work sites may be dusty or noisy. This is a tobacco free work environment with tobacco free vehicles and campuses.
