Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 8570 Baseline Certification: IAT II or IAT III.
• SECRET clearance.
• 10+ years specialized experience in information processing with diverse HW/SW.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs the configuration and operation of information management systems.
• Resolves end user software and connectivity issues.
• Performs capacity and performance analysis and recommends configuration changes.
• Increases administrator efficiency via automation and scripts and conducts training.
• Provides end user training.
• Advises on technology direction to align with business vision.
• Provides local and remote maintenance across multiple locations.
• Maintains, upgrades, and installs servers and applications.
• Directs other system administrators in day-to-day operations.
• Applies knowledge of application networking including load balancing and fault tolerance.
• Performs vulnerability management.
