Job summary

Brio Water Technology seeks a Systems Administrator to join its IT team in Glendale. You will administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Entra ID, AD, and related identity and licensing functions, while managing endpoints, security tooling, and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex incidents, coordinating with vendors, and implementing durable fixes, with a 5–10% focus on networking and recovery tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years hands-on systems administration or infrastructure operations in production.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Entra ID, AD, licenses, mail, groups and shared resources.
• Experience with endpoint management, patching, EDR, encryption, monitoring, and remote support on Windows/macOS.
• Strong cross-system troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and documentation.
• Working knowledge of Azure and AWS, DNS, VPNs, and recovery testing.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify risks, propose solutions, and support platform rollouts, migrations, and integrations.
• Administer Entra ID, AD, M365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related identity functions.
• Manage endpoints, patching, encryption, monitoring, EDR, and security tools across Windows/macOS.
• Troubleshoot incidents involving authentication, mail, calendars, SaaS platforms, and vendor integrations.
• Use PowerShell and automation to simplify recurring tasks, reporting, deployment, and cleanup.
