Job summary

Brio Water Technology, a Home Organizers, Inc. company, is seeking a Systems Administrator to join its IT team. You will manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Entra ID, and related identity resources, while supporting endpoint security and automation efforts.

The role involves hands-on administration across Windows and macOS, plus periodic recovery tasks and vendor coordination. Join a fast-evolving IT group that values practical solutions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on systems administration or infrastructure operations in a production environment.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience with identity, permissions, licenses, mailboxes, and shared resources.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Entra ID, and related identity functions.
• Manage endpoint security, patching, monitoring, EDR, and remote support on Windows and macOS.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents across SaaS platforms, mail flow, and network services.
• Develop automation with PowerShell for recurring tasks and reporting.
• Support backup, failover testing, and recovery plans as part of a small IT team.
