Job summary

(EDO) Entertainment Data Oracle, Inc. is seeking a Senior System Administrator to support mission-critical enterprise applications for the CMS portfolio.

You will provide senior IT leadership, manage infrastructure across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments, and drive modernization efforts in collaboration with engineering teams. Requirements include TS/SCI with Poly, 15+ years of sysadmin experience or 20+ years without a degree, and DoD 8570 IAT I.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of system administration experience on programs of similar scope and complexity; 20 years if no bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with PowerShell and Bash scripting.
• Experience with system hardening.
• Experience working with ISSOs for system compliance.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I is required.
• Experience developing and updating technical documentation.
• Must be able to work core hours 10AM-2PM Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical leadership in the administration, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.
• Manage IT system infrastructure to ensure availability, security, and performance of enterprise applications.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and serve as a senior escalation point for complex issues.
• Configure, administer, and maintain Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to support modernization efforts and automation.
