Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies in Colorado seeks a Systems Administrator to join the ITS Systems Operations team. The role provides expertise in server-based systems, VMware, Azure, Office 365, SQL, Active Directory, and IT data center hardware, supporting operations, monitoring, maintenance and design.

The position requires 5+ years of systems administration and cloud experience, with collaboration across Systems Engineering, Network, and DevOps to ensure reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Systems Administration experience.
• Minimum 2 years configuring and supporting Azure and Office 365.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Proficient in Windows Server, AD, Exchange, SQL, and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality enterprise environment per IT strategy through operations, maintenance, and design.
• Manage day-to-day system activities including backups, monitoring, and checks.
• Provide incident resolution for server-based systems and applications.
• Document procedures and ensure alignment with standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI operation, resilience, and reliability.
