Job summary

DRT Strategies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support FDA.gov related projects. You will manage Linux-based infrastructure, Drupal CMS on a LAMP stack, and cloud services in AWS, while ensuring secure, highly available operations for a government-level environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems administration or IT operations experience.
• Experience with Linux, SOLR search, and ElasticSearch including install/config/maintenance.
• Experience with Akamai CDN services and Drupal hosting platforms (e.g., Acquia).

Responsibilities

• Provide support for IT systems and cloud services hosted in AWS, including Drupal CMS on LAMP.
• Manage IT infrastructure, services, and processes across servers, storage, network, and devices.
• Perform help desk support, issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Analyze and resolve complex server/app integration problems.
• Optimize operations and plan capacity.
• Troubleshoot system integrity and network components.
• Provide analysis to management on escalated issues.
• Assist design of system architectures and hardware.
• Configure and manage Linux and OS patches and network components.
