GPI is seeking a hands‑on Senior Systems Administrator to support technology operations across our New England branch, serving nearly 200 employees across multiple office locations. This experienced IT professional will remain actively involved in day‑to‑day technical support, infrastructure maintenance, and problem resolution while providing technical leadership and coordination for local IT staff. The position requires regular travel to GPI’s offices in Wilmington, MA; Salem, NH; Bedford, NH; Boston, MA; and Portsmouth, NH.
This role is best suited for someone who can combine strong technical expertise with practical coordination, partner closely with branch leadership and corporate IT resources, and help ensure employees have reliable, secure, and efficient technology solutions. This role works closely with GPI's corporate IT teams, which manage many of the company's enterprise platforms and services. The Senior Systems Administrator serves as the senior technical lead for the New England branch while partnering with corporate teams to support and enhance those systems. GPI encourages collaboration between branch and corporate IT teams, providing opportunities to participate in company‑wide technology initiatives and take an active role in the administration and evolution of enterprise systems.
