Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to manage end-to-end infrastructure in a government-focused lab supporting the US Army Aviation and Missile Center. You will harden systems, deploy virtualization with KubeVirt, and interface with customers to solve complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities include on-site support during deployments, field operations, and occasional travel. Strong Linux/Windows experience and DoD/Federal environment familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required for government-related work.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Network Engineering.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable racking a server in a data center, hardening an OS to government standards, and interfacing directly with our customers to solve complex technical challenges.
