Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our Dallas, TX team in a hybrid role. You will own and operate our Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms, AD/GP/DNS, and the O365 stack, while automating tasks with PowerShell and supporting SQL Server deployments.

Candidates should have 6+ years in enterprise Microsoft environments, Azure Cloud experience, and certificates such as AZ-800/AZ-801 are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, SQL Server, AD/GP/DNS, O365.
• Azure Cloud experience; AZ-800/AZ-801 a plus.

Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator

Location: Dallas, TX

Salary Range: $90K-$110K

We are looking to bring on a Senior Systems Administrator to our growing team. What we need is someone who brings 6+ years of experience working in enterprise Microsoft environments supporting administration and engineering. This tech stack includes experience needed in Windows Servers, Virtual Machines (VMware and Hyper‑V), SQL Servers, Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GP), DNS, PowerShell automation, and the O365 suite. STA is also in a hybrid environment, so we will need someone who comes a similar background supporting Azure Cloud. Any certifications (AZ-800, AZ-801) will be a big plus.

This person will collaborating with other IT personnel as well as BUs/stakeholders but will need to own their systems environment. Personality-wise we will need someone who is passionate, eager to learn, and intentional about our mission.
